Corporate Law ( Commercial Law)Company Law 2013- An Introduction with Flow Chart

The Object of law is to consolidate and amend the Laws relating to Companies. The Companies Act,was enacted on 29^th August 2013. Some Sections of the act came into enforcement on 12th September 2013 & remaining sections made effective from 1^st April 2014.
